Tuning is required for using a downpipe. You must ‘gut’ the cat post DPF. Fairlure to do so will result in a plugged stock/oem cat and poor performance.
Our cats are made specifically to our specs by Catco in the USA. The same lifetime can be expected as from the OE cat, assuming the vehicle is in proper running condition. ‘Plugging’ should not be an issue, assuming there are no engine issues.
This kit was recently featured on the hit show “All Girls Garage” which is featured on the Discovery Velocity Channel. The show aired on 10/8/2016 in an episode named, “BMW Track Only car”
