NEW Mar 2024: OEM constant tension clamps are now included to prevent overtightening.
Aug 2023: Improved coolant routing to move sensor parallel to axis of engine rather than at an angle between thermostat and intermediate flange.
Improves clearance with intake manifold and eliminates the need to trim jacket on harness for sensor plug to remove strain on the wires.
This requires reuse of the stock hose from EGR cooler to thermostat/oil filter housing (OEM P/N: ) as it is molded to provide proper clearance to manifold where it necks to the swirl flap motor.
If hose is in good condition, feel free to reuse. The entire coolant loop can also be serviced easily in the future without removing so there is little risk in reusing this stock part part.
All billet and laser cut parts made in USA from 6061 and 304 stainless.
German-made OEM constant tension clamps eliminate the risk of over-tightening.
Top-tier quality glass-filled nylon elbows are preassembled on hose in updated version and should outlast the vehicle.
As for Jan 1st 2025 All kits come with EGR Blockoff Plates.
