IMPORTANT
- HERE IS HOW YOU CAN TELL IF YOUR SPRINTER USES THE OLD VS NEW EXHAUST KIT
- MUST UNPLUG THE SCR CONTROLLER. The location of the adblue controller may vary, here is a picture of likely placement.
- The NOx sensors and SCR (adblue) injector should be unplugged as well.
- Unplug DPF pressure and temperature (EGT) sensors too.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE VEHICLE CURRENTLY HAS A COUNTDOWN FOR STARTS REMAINING, IS IN IDLE MODE, OR HAS ANY DEF RELATED FAULT, YOU NEED TO USE MERCEDES SPECIFIC TOOLING TO RESET THE SYSTEM AND CORRECT THE CODES BEFORE TUNING. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN TUNE NOT FUNCTIONING AND LOTS OF ADDITIONAL STEPS AND COST TO REMEDY THE SITUATION.
Mercedes has changed the exhaust configuration as of late 2019 so this kit will no longer fit.

This package includes all the hardware you will need for a complete DPF delete. With this setup you should be aware that the straight pipe configuration has a severe drone while highway driving and is significantly louder than the factory setup. if you are looking for stock-like silence, we highly recommend one the Resonator option.

Incorporating this into our design keeps as much weight as possible off of your turbo, ensuring that this product will not put added stress and wear on the turbo, because let’s be honest, that’s the last thing you need!
The DPF Delete downpipe is built to last with 304 grade stainless steel and the world’s most reliable aftermarket flex pipe. Rest assured that all required sensors will be plugged back in where they belong in the new downpipe. Made from 304 stainless steel, you can be certain it will outlast any waranty out there,that’s why ours is a lifetime warranty
