Intake/Coldside egr plates are 5mm thick and Turbo plate is 7mm thick.
These plates must be used with a tune or CEL will come on and vehicle will be in limp mode ( i think).
EGR Must be turned off in tune, but DPF, Diesel cat, and Adblue/SCR catalyst can be left intact if desired.
This kit is compatible with 2013+ Gen 2 3.0 TDI engines only!

This kit is NOT compatible with 2009-2012 3.0 TDI engines
- CATA 2009-2012 Audi Q7 & Touareg TDI
To identify if your engine is compatible without knowing the year:
- Oil filter is at the front, passenger side of engine
- Plastic Intake plenum
- Oil filler cap on driver’s side side.
This will look like the photo below.
Kit includes
- 5mm Intake plate (Anodized 6061T6 aluminum) (304 Stainless for OG version)
- 8mm Oval Plate Blocking off at turbo (304 stainless)
- Genuine Audi/VW gaskets for Coldside and Turbo plates
- 16mm Genuine Audi/VW dracomet bolts for TURBO plate
- You will need to replace these bolts unless your car has 0.2 miles on it
Note that the Intake plate does not need a gasket as it it seals against a square Oring.
