The first piece of the puzzle for Gen1 Cooler deletes, made locally as always, with O-ring in upgraded material to replace N90452002o.
Replacement machined of the VAG 059121065AB / 059121065DS which was only available on the earliest 1st gen engines (BKS, BUN engine codes), which we never got in the US.
The key difference is the VW design is a two piece design, and painted, whereas this product is machined from a single piece of aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance. There is likely no benefit of one over the order, but mine feels better 😊. And as we all know, feelings are the most important when it comes to buying parts for your car.
