Explore the full potential of your 2.0 TDI CJAA/CBEA diesel engine. WIth supporting hardware upgrades, you can experience the untapped power potential that VW engineers didn’t want you to know about. Designed to maximize power output. Stage 3 tuning requires a turbo upgrade and MAP sensor upgrade. Manual transmissions will need a clutch upgrade, and DSG owners will need a TCU tune.

It is recommended to upgrade the downpipe for the Stage 3 tune. If you are removing or modifying your DPF, you will need to select the necessary tune “add-on” with your tune.

Stage 3.5 ECU Tune for 2.0 TDI CJAA/CBEA

Are you ready to go beyond Stage 3?

Now available is our new Stage 3.5 tune, specifically developed using a 52mm CR170 hybrid turbo from Darkside Developments. The development vehicle was also equipped with a fully upgraded 3″ exhaust. Extensive dyno testing resulted in approximately 208 hp and 355 ft/lbs at the wheels.

Although the Stage 3.5 tune was developed using the Darkside CR170 52mm hybrid, it is applicable to all CR170 and CR170 based hybrid turbos. Power may vary slightly depending on which turbo you’re using.
